The building comprisises of glass and concrete. The dark colours of the building are somewhat dates and old but this does not create an unpleasant picture. There is a bright coloured, newly built coffe shop that is attached to the back of the hotel.

Rooms

All rooms vary in size. The decor is somewhat old fashioned and need of refirbishment however they all appear to be comfortable and clean. Some of the rooms have a view to the park. Bathrooms keep up with the style of the bedrooms are simple but clean.

The restaurant serves mainly Bulgarian food but International cuisine also.
