Lobby
The lobby is medium in size, very impressive and has recently been renovated. It is light and airy as the reception area is surrounded by glass windows including the roof. The main feature is that the lobby incorporates part of the old wall which used to surround the historical part of Gwent.

This is a modern building set amongst traditional buildings with its entrance directly on the square.
Rooms
The rooms at the hotel are medium in size and kept in good condition. All bedrooms have been renovated and are colourful with blue curtains and blue and yellow bedspreads. All rooms have desks and many facilities offered by 4 star hotels. The bathrooms all have separate toilet and air conditioning.
