The 3 stars 114 rooms Urban Yard is located near the South Station Gare du Midi/Zuid Station. The Eurostar trains from London to Brussels arrive at Midi Station. The high speed Thalys trains from Paris, Cologne and Amsterdam also arrive at Brussels Midi Station. The Deutsche Bahn ICE high speed trains arrive at Brussels Midi Station from Cologne. Brussels Midi Station is also where the Airport Express from Brussels Airport arrive. With all these train arrivals at Brussels Midi Station the Ustel is in an ideal location for leisure travelers and business travelers. There is a tram and Metro stop (Lemonier) just opposite the Urban Yard in Brussels, for easy access to the rest of Brussels. Grand Place is an easy 15 minute walk from the Urban Yardin Brussels. The Urban Yard is made up of 4 Art Nouveau town houses. Each building has its distinct character and every room is different. Lifts serve each building. Most rooms in this Brussels hotel are spacious and comfortable with a cozy feel. All rooms offer a bath or shower, pay TV, duvets and many have been renovated between 2008 and 2011. The Urban Yard has a spacious (renovated in 2008) lobby area with trendy seating and lighting. The breakfast area is open plan and opens onto the terrace garden for summer breakfasts al fresco. Every Sunday, the area around the Urban Yard in Brussels is turned into a huge open air market, selling everything from exotic fruits and vegetables to flowers and clothes.

At that time, the river 'Senne' still going through the city of Brussels. This building is also a vestige of past memories still strong of the industrial revolution of the nineteenth century in this part of the city. The restaurant combines Belgian culture and cuisine and opens its terrace when the weather is favorable.
