Situated in the heart of the historic city centre, this cosy hotel has the ideal central location on the market square of Bruges and opposite the 13th century belfry. Hotel Central certainly lives up to its name as its location on the market square makes it one of the most centrally located hotels in this popular city. Restaurant Central is known for its excellent meals and quick and friendly service. Every 3 months, the chef introduces his new ideas inspired by the season of the year. The restaurant is open all year from 08:30 to 22:30, except from 7 January to 19 January, 14 March and 14 November. Our busy months are December, with the annual Christmas Fair in front of the hotel, and the summer months July and August where the sun terrace is popular.
