Fabulous hotel and location

Stayed in the junior suite room 101 (2 adults and one child). it was a fabulous room, with bath and shower and a separate toilet - very, very handy. it was extremely spacious and clean. loved the hotel, they were very helpful even to the extent of providing necessary breakfast items for someone with specific food allergies. the breakfasts were far more than the expected 'basic continental', and i miss them! at first i thought the 'no coffee' facilities in rooms was inconvenient, but actually, having now experienced their alternative of providing free hot and cold drinks in their lounge until late, i much prefer this system. relaxing on seats instead of a bed, with nice tasting coffee. the cold drinks were also very nice. the location was superb for, well, everything. we could walk to the city easily, get a tube or tram from nearby, go to several local supermarkets open until 8pm:8:30pm, and the area was very safe. there are nearby eating places all around. there was only one issue which was the tram noise - the trams ran outside the suite. however, after a couple of nights i got used to it and it didn't bother me anymore, and wouldn't stop me staying in this fabulous room again. booked using hotelsclick, who were also very responsive to questions i had before we arrived. totally recommended.
