All the rooms and suites are modern, very large and in an excellent condition. All hotel rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower and separate bath, king size bed and mini bar. The executive two bedroom suites feature balconies, a lounge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with king and twin beds. Lounge areas are arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. These suites have fully equipped kitchens and laundries. The deluxe one bedroom suites have similar appointments to the Executive One Bedroom suites but are larger in size and have views south over Richardson Street. Complimentary in-room items for guest enjoyment include Mineral Water, Nespresso Coffee, Twining's Tea selection, Fruit Bowl replenished daily and free daily newspaper.
Restaurant
The Richardson’s restaurant, Opus, offers an exquisite dinning experience. There is also a cocktail room as well as a less formal Palm Terrace offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Richardson is located in West Perth, with the unique Kings Park, the new Perth Convention Centre and the Central Business District a short walk away.
