Located in downtown Melbourne in one of the best streets in town, the property is within a short walking distance of the theatre district, restaurants, shopping and Chinatown. The city mall is only 10 minutes walk and the MCG or Rod Laver Arena are only 15 minutes walk. The free circle city tram is just at the end of the street. Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Excellent location.

The lobby is medium in size.
A modern high rise building.
One bedrooms are medium in size, modern with lots of natural light. They include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartments also have timber floor boards and balconies. Great for either a leisure or a business stay.
There are no restaurants on the premises but plenty of interesting cafes and restaurants near by.
The Hotel Oaks On Lonsdale offers the use of a TV in the rooms. The hotel offers a wake up service for guests. The accommodation offers a radio service for its guests.
