Located beside Derwent river, overlooking marina at New Town Bay. 20 minutes from Hobart airport, 3 1/2 hour drive to Spirit of Tasmania terminal at East Devonport.A quiet corner tucked away on the banks of the River Derwent - its so peaceful that its hard to believe you're only minutes away from the main highway into historic Hobart. A short drive or bus ride from the door - explore the city - Sullivan's Cove and the small boat docks, Salamanca Place, galleries, museums - all only a ten-minute driv drive away. Drive another 15 minutes and you're at the top of Mount Wellington and looking up the Derwent valley, across the river to the hills and bays of the south east, and down the river to the ocean.
