Lobby
The hotel has a magnificently restored, medium sized lobby, featuring a Queensland marble interior, Jarra bookcases filled with a variety of books lining the walls which creates a warm, intimate feel. Ornate ceilings add to the character of this magnificent old building.
Exterior
This is a new redevelopment of granite and sandstone Anzac Square building (formerly Government offices). This hotel is Heritage listed and protected, and is compared to the style of New York's Fifth Avenue hotels.

Restaurant
Hotel restaurant will be completed at the end of 2001, due to Heritage restrictions on the building. A couple of cafes will bill back to the hotel, located in the arcade below the hotel. In addition, grocery items may be ordered prior to arrival and will be placed in the room upon check in. Hotel facilitates breakfast and lunch room service, as well as take-away dinner.

Located at Anzac Square in the heart of Brisbane's central business district, at the corner of Ann and Edward Streets, the hotel is within walking distance of Queen Street Mall shopping centre, parks and gardens, attractions and public transport. It offers easy access to South Bank, Museums and Casino and is just across the road from Central railway station.
