Booked superior room on click - when i checked in, i was told i had booked standard room and was asked if i wanted to pay more to upgrade - i said i did not. when i made booking the website stated that free wifi was available - when i checked in i was told i would have to pay extra (this is supposed to be a 4* business hotel and wifi should be a standard feature). when i checked out (was only there for one night) i showed reception that i had booked a superior room - the receptionist seemed a bit flustered and was unable to explain - however, a colleague stepped in and told me that standard and superior rooms are identical! - what's the point of calling a room superior if it is not?! room was ok but a bit dated and was definitely not superior
