Muy mal estado del hotel

Llegamos al hotel luego de un recital que fue bajo lluvia, esperando al llegar esté calentito y no funcionaba la calefección, estaba helado.
intentaron cambiarnos de habitación pero la otra tampoco funcionaba.
pedí una manta y un calefactor porque hacía mucho frio. el calefactor que llevaron era muy viejo y hacía ruido.
el mismo personal del hotel dijo que realicemos la queja formal.
a su vez, el wifi en la habitación no funcionaba, solo en los pasillos. realmente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
