Lobby
The lobby is small and modern in decor. It has tiled flooring, a large reception area and a medium sized seating area which looks onto the 9th July Avenue through the large glass facade.
Exterior
Built in 1949 it is a white construction typical of the block which it forms part of.
Rooms
All the rooms are modern with a traditional theme. All are in good to very good condition and dedor changes from room to room. 70% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being large. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.
Restaurant
The breakfast room is situated on the 1st floor, is furnished in wood and overlooks the Obelisco. The hotel has no restaurant but a snack bar on the ground floor which serves light snacks all through the day.
