Good service with a smile

A very good hotel, although 30 minutes journey to k k city's water front. a free shuttle bus is provided for this service. i used the bus on 4 occasions and found it to be very much on time and saved the hastle of taking a taxi. friendly checking in/out service and quick. since i had a late afternoon flight on my day of departure they allowed me to keep my room until 3 pm free of charge.
