I stayed here in early june with my wife and our six-year-old child. the room was comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. nice food and cocktails ;). the pool areas were exceptional and there was always a sun lounger available. lovely hotel for a fantastic family holiday.

Staff were friendly and helpful. our room was comfortable, clean and the beds were made everyday. the pools were amazing and my 2 little boys had a lot of fun with the animation team. fab hotel, highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato in questo magnifico hotel in compagnia di mia moglie e la nostra bambina di 8 anni. questa è stata la prima vacanza a creta.. e devo dire che non sarà neanche l'ultima. l'hotel è molto grande e ben organizzato, con grandi piscine pulite, una spa, 3 ristoranti e vari bar. la nostra camera era davvero impeccabile, pulitissima e con una meravigliosa vista sulla piscina. dalla camera vedevamo anche il mare! ottima animazione e personale cordiale. consigliatissimo per coppie e famiglie con bambini!

Our first stay on the island, we had a very relaxing time in crete in this hotel. we first received a room next to the bar section of the pool, but after asking we quickly got other accomodations and were very happy. everything was exactly what it should have been, and together with the nice weather and relaxing atmosphere close to the beach, we could not have asked for more. the food was delicious and fresh, and wines were good. analipsi is a nice and peaceful town to stroll through, though there are obviously more vibrant spots. with a number of car-rentals down the corner, people can easily visit other places, and for snacks and swimming gear there's plenty of shops to help you fruther. the hotel felt safe and comfy, and a good base to start your excursions and trips from. tripadvisor 2013 winner, and rightfully so! during my stay, i also visited a number of other hotels, and even though they were very luxurious, the open space and the many pools always offered opportunities to relax from the more noisy types.
