Our loving place

We love the place. it is a long ride from jacksonville but well worth the ride. due to an emergency after departing on august 12 and getting as far as ellenton we had an emergency and had to travel back to jacksonville.we called south seas resort to see if we could up our stay one day instead of the 12th. they up it to the 13th thru 16th. this was good customer service. our stay at south seas was great. we love the whole island of captiva. the resort was fantastic. we plan on continuing coming down.the whole vacation was great.

Everything you need

I love the idea of checking in and having everything i need on the property. they have dining bars shopping beaches all on the property. we arrived and parked and never had to take the car out till we left. the trolley service on the property is good and convenient. they charge a resort fee but that covers chairs on the beach the trolley and many other things. i have been coming here for over 30 years and they upkeep has been great.
