Da unser flug um 07:00 startete, suchten wir ein hotel in nächster nähe zum flughafen. direkt gegenüber vom eingang zum flughafen, näher geht nicht. leider haben wir das frühstück (ab 06:00 uhr) verpasst, aber es standen schon um 05:30 uhr eine kaffeemaschine und croissants bereit. + sehr gut geschlafen + gutes bier an der hotelbar + sehr gut gegessen im hotel - 45min. gratis wlan in dieser preisklasse erscheint mir etwas kleinlich

The hotel is well located. very convenient for late arriving guests. good, rich breakfast. a comfortable bed, high quality linens, mattress, pillows. the room is very quiet, the noise of planes and cars can not be heard, but from an adjacent room could be heard even talk. disadvantages: room for two persons had only one bathrobe and slippers were not.

Le personnel à l'accueil n'a pas accepté notre bon d’échange (explication : pas visible sur leur système informatique). nous avions réservé une chambre à 102€ mais nous avons du faire une garantie de 164€ sur notre carte bancaire afin d'avoir les clés de notre chambre. a notre départ ces 164€ ont été débités de la carte !

The hotel's location (3 minutes' walk from the international airport) was very helpful for us, because we arrived at brussels late in the evening, exhausted of 10 hours' flight. the hotel's atmosphere was good, the room was clean, ammenities were well-prepared, which were as we expected in advance. hotel staff was helpful, except tne following one point. when we checked in, we passed a reservation sheet, which showed that our reservation included breakfast, but the reception staff told us "breakfast not included", without confirming the sheet carefully. after we asked the staff to see the sheet, the staff admitted that breakfast was included, but there was no apology. by the way, breakfast was very good.

Un bel hotel au chambres que l"on pourrait attendre plus belle vu le prix. un positionnement idéal pour prendre un vol tot le matin. mais pas de iscine dde jacuzzi ni de service de glaçons, vu le standing ont pourrai s'attendre a cela
