We are very satisfied with our visit at royal garden, from check-in to check-out of the hotel we enjoy; large,nice room with amazing view to kensington palace, good breakfast, also with park-view, and all the time good service from the people working here!! shops and bus-stop "outside the door"! we will definitely stay here again!

Vier-sterne-hotel auf sehr gutem niveau mit für londoner verhältnisse excellentem preis-leistungs-verhältnis. wir hatten ein sehr schönes komfortables zimmmer mit tollem blick auf die kensington high street (minimale geräuschbelastung. das frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso der allgemeine service. auch die lage ist fein - die kensington high street ist eine gute adresse zum shoppen, die u-bahn 5 minuten entfernt und der kensington park gleich um die ecke.

Good breakfast the reception is good and helpfull but so much noise in the room (we were on the first floor and no possibility to change the room) the decoration of the room is very traditional

Pure excellence for sure. fantastic location with high street kensington tube just across. got an upgrade to a corner suite from lovely tyrone because hotel was running full..lucky us indeed. thank you tyrone. beautiful hotel room and the continental breakfast included was a feast. do check out the massages at the hotel's soma spa centre. ask for mimi...magical healing hands she's got. thank you hotelsclick.com for arranging our hotel booking and even calling up to check if i received the email hotel voucher confirmation.i would definitely choose this hotel again with you.

This was an amazing hotel, i booked this very last minute, when we arrived at the hotel, we were upgraded to a executive suite, from a standard twin, it was stunning, i would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is an ideal location for all london attractions and is very close to the tube, breakfast was also lovely, everything was perfect 10/10

I have stayed at the royal garden several times previously and the staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. my room had been recently refurbished and good use had been made of the space with lots of mirrors around to maximise the light. the tv is bigger and better yet tucks away in the wall to allow more space.

From checking in to leaving everything went perfectly, the staff were excellent, restaurant brilliant, overlooking kensington gardens, short walk from tube, albert hall, mueseums. could not find any fault.

The hotel was very welcoming from the minute we arrived. we were originally given a room on the second floor because we checked in early but promised a higher level one if available, which was the case when we returned from lunch. room was spacious with a great view of the park. bar not too expensive for a hotel of this quality. given the location and quality the stay was good value for money.

There are 3 * hotels in london in better locations which are very much cheaper and although rooms are smaller, services are as good with some having better amenities. probably not 5* level - maybe 4* with a few amenities sadly missing. administration chaotic. my stay was wrongly keyed in and i was locked out after 1 day. i had to go back to reception to discuss my stay with them ! no tea/coffee making facilities as standard. i had to ask housekeeping for a special tray. no trouser press.

Had a most enjoyable 3 night stay here , really nice staff, lovely spacious room,good food and prices for same, quite reasonable for a 5 star hotel. it was possible to have a 2course meal without spending a fortune. very central right on kensington high street and only a short distance from the underground rail, just turn right as you leave the station at marks and spencer and you can see the hotel name sign on the other side of the street,it overlooks the park and the kens. palace which of course we visited,

The hotel is in a good location and the overall accomodation is good. room was good but the bathroom is to small, shower in the bathtub and a showercutain is not 5 star. room to the front of the hotel is loud with traffic. breakfast sunday morning is to crowded, still waiting for my toast. reception/concierge service is splendid.

This hotel is very well appointed, close to the royal albert hall and only a short distance from knightsbridge. the room was large with a separate sitting area, and extremely comfortable. all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous and it was a joy to enjoy breakfast overlooking hyde park. highly recommended.

This was booked as a birthday treat for myself & a friend for a weekend stay. the hotel surpassed our expectations. our 'standard room' was anything but standard, it was very comfortable, clean & the views from our window were beautiful. the staff were welcomimg. it was a wonderful weekend & would definately stay there again.

Great hotel in the centre of a busy area that had everything, hotels & shops. perfect having breakfast overlooking ken.gardens. plus all forms of transport are right outside your door. everything you would expect from a 5* hotel.

This hotel was luxury! we were upgraded at no extra cost from a standard room to a junior suite. the room was very spacious spotlessly clean and had great facilities- dvd/cd player, over 40 tv channels, fridge etc. the breakfast was lovely although on the 1st morning we helped ourself to continental plus full enlish breakfast only afterwards realising that we had to pay extra for the full english( only £9.00 for both of us). the staff were always very helpful and friendly.1st class hotel!

Very nice clean, modern hotel in a good location - very good value for a london hotel! the mini-suite seemed to be the norm as both couples had similar rooms and provides spacious accomodation which is very unusual for a london hotel. the continental breakfast was a generous cold buffet and the dining area overlooks kensington gardens. nice bar on top of the hotel with a view across london and the staff are very courtious and helpful. the rate that i got with hotelsclick was definitely the best that i got on the web - i was pleasently surprised and would recommend both hotelsclick and the royal garden! might not appeal to young people who are normally looking for good accomodation at a cheap price. there are cheaper, less plush hotels in the area

We were a party of 5 staying 2 nights for a working weekend.the accomodation was great with a fantastic view of the park!!the rooms were cleaned and supplys replenished every day.the breakfasts were to a good standard and service was ok.will stay again.

The hotel was lovely - fantastic location and the staff were friendly and professional. the concierge was really helpful with information. our room was spaciousl and spotless. the room service was really well laid out and was delivered on time which was refreshing! overall i would recomment anybody to stay at this hotel and we booked on the internet and got a great deal considering it's classed as a five star!
