Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem zimmer. die bettlaken hatten überall flecken. das kissen war eine zumutung. die duschbrause verrostet. die dunstabsaugung sehr stark verschmutzt. fenster und türen undicht da ganzer aussenlärm im raum.

Can't review this hotel as we arrived 12.30 am after 24 hours of travelling to discover there was no room for us. a piece of paper with no letterhead or identification of any kind was passed over the counter, which read 'there is no room for you here, you have been reallocated to **** hotel, hotel raquel bears no responsibility'. who is at fault - the hotel or hotelsclick? not sure, won't recommend either in the future.

Beautiful hotel with lovely roof terrace. rooms are clean but basic and breakfast could be improved.

The entrance lobby to the hotel is very impressive and we had high hopes based on this. unfortunately the elevator broke while we were in it and it was not a great experience. along with this the air conditioning broke within the hotel and it made our room very uncomfortable. i had asked for a fan to be made available but was told there was not any. i walked down again at 11:30 and firmly stated this was not exceptable, we could not even get to sleep as the temperature were in excess of 30 and we had to leave the hotel at 4:30am the next morning. they eventually gave us the fan they had behind in their office which helped. we also saw on our welcome literature that we were entitled to a free cocktail on arrival. you have to ask because it will not be offered.

Good location helpful people. quiet neighborhood. i could enjoy staying here.
