Very nice hotel, but very bad check in service! despite the existence of a privileged guest card i was forced to wait for 2.5 hours! none of the staff offered me a decoration on a stand privileged guests! no one brought me apologize for such a long wait!

Stunning hotel & grounds! breathtaking views of the adjacent sandy beach and wonderful service. a few issues in our bedroom were dealt with and fixed promptly (no hot water, leaking shower, faulty bathtub, and unclear running water) so they didn't really upset our holiday too much. on one occasion, the cleaner knocked on our door at 11.30pm, which we thought was a bit too late. overall, service was very impressive though - incredibly friendly and helpful staff really made us feel welcome. the hotel really is beautiful and the views and surroundings are to die for. just a shame about a few maintenance issues!

L'hotel è veramente eccezzionale, anche se l'accesso alle camere risulta abbastanza arduo: la struttura si compone di diversi " building" per raggiungere i quali bisogna spesso affrontare salite molto impegnative!! la colazione offre pordotti ottimi e di altissima qualità. per quanto riguarda il ristorante il rapporto qualità/prezzo non risulta tra i migliori.
