Twelve kilometres from Pinhão and twenty-two from Vila Real, stands the manor of Vilarinho de S. Romão, built during the seventeenth century and much improved a century later. The chapel was built much earlier and was consecrated in 1462. The house stands out by its privileged situation and harmonious architecture, which was planned to enable a balanced and enjoyable stay.
