Not a 4 star hotel at all

I am a regular customer of the hotelsclick.i have been booking on its website for ages.honestly to say i am really satisfied with its service. back to this hotel,this is not a 4 star hotel at all,neither in uk where the standard is much under the "european rate".receptionist dissapeared for 20 minutes-twice....mold any where,disgusting walls,carpets.... it is a good 2 star !really!
