Le boulevard is located very close to the water taxi and public bus stand. not even 3 mins walk. hotel room is clean and the american breakfast is good. many restaurant and shops around the area and supermarket is just next door. glad we stayed in lido which is a very beautiful and peaceful island. only the negative point would be, taking the water taxi when ever we have to go to venice city centre. having the 24/72 hr transport pass is worth.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo albergo (usufruendo di una ottima offerta) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. personale molto gentile ed attento, ottima ed abbondante colazione con ampia scelta. camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. la struttura e le camere avrebbero bisogno di qualche restauro e miglioria, ma tutto sommato (e visto anche il prezzo dell'offerta) siamo rimasti soddisfatti, sicuramente da tenere in considerazione anche per il futuro. la posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al vaporetto e alla spiaggia, nel bel mezzo del viale principale.

Nous avons eu une chambre très correcte et agréable! parfaite pour le séjour! elle était équipée de tout ce dont on avait besoin. nous avons eu un dégât des eaux par la chambre du dessus le dernier soir mais avons été reloge dans une autre chambre immédiatement le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon

I first stayed in this hotel 45 years ago, coincidently in the same room, when it was called capellis. while it has been extensively remodelled and modernised over the years, and has changed its name, i was please to find the staff as friendly and helpful as back then, the rooms maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, the breakfast tasty and varied. my only disappointment, remembering the old lively american terrace bar, was the bar, which was empty and unmanned when i looked in.

Attention l hôtel se situe au lido. ferry nécessaire (87€ a/r pour voiture+3personnes). coin sympa. hôtel vieillissant mais propre, confortable et bien place au lido

Having never been to venice, i was so pleased to have "accidentally" booked a trip on lido. off season, it is the perfect, quiet place to stroll the back streets and beach area without a tourist in sight! the hotel was charming and the staff helpful and friendly. the delicious, full breakfast buffet was a wonderful addition and perfect way to start the day. thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

I stayed a single room (i didn't know it was an "economy" single room). the room was amazingly narrow with awful interior. the price was very cheep, or 50 euro per night in the high-season. but the quality of this room was not bearable to stay even a night. the other facilities are beyond the bare minimum as a four-star hotel. reception services is fabulous, excellent!! very helpful, friendly and cordial.

Das hotel liegt nahe der vaporetto-station lido. die standard-zimmer sind recht klein aber sauber. das frühstücks-buffet ist nicht überwältigend. das personal an der rezeption ist äußerst hilfsbereit. das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist ok. dies war unser zweiter aufenthalt in diesem hotel.

After reading reviews we were a little apprehensive about the small rooms the lift was slow etc. yes this is correct but it is value for money we have no complaints so if you want large rooms etc in venice go and pay 100-200euros a night then you will have something to moan about

Ayant déjà séjourné dans venise, la solution du lido est finalement excellente car 15 mn de bateau suffisent à rejoindre la place st marc et surtout, les hôtels y sont bien moins chers ! le boulevard est à 5 mn à pied de la station des vaporetos, il porte bien ses 4 étoiles par sa propreté, la serviabilité et la gentillesse de tout son personnel. parking à 10 € par jour, petit déjeuner correct. literie impeccable, salle de bains correcte et chambre bien insonorisée donnant sur le boulevard. nous y retournerions sans problème.
