Pleasant hotel, quiet and clean its classic design. sitting on boulevard andrassy elegant, very close to the metro station, accessible to the jewish quarter and all the attractions in the city. excellent breakfast, aesthetic and delicious. nice room, not too big and lacked a balcony.

In budapest with my 74 yr old mum and 71 yr old aunt. the hotel is spotlessly clean with excellent staff who all speak fluent english. i have stayed in the k&k in vienna so i knew we could expect very high standards at great prices. this hotel is located superbly - literally 15 seconds from the opera undergound stop. breakfast is a feast in plentiful supply and offers something for everyone. the only slight disappointment was that the triple room we had did not give us a lot of elbow room. however, we had 2 large single beds and a pull down sofa bed - so it would have been very spacious as a double. the wardrobes also had plenty of space with good quality coat hangers (important for the ladies!) and the built in safe was a very welcome addition. would definitely recommend this one.

K&k opera is a great hotel, with a good central location next to the opera and a block to the nearest metro. you can walk to many upscale shops and st. stephens cathedral from there. a longer walk will take you to the covered market via many other shops and restaurants. breakfast was huge with a lot of variety. the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. three computers were available with free internet. i would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting budapest.

We had a wonderful trip to budapest and the hotel k + k opera was great. great location and we even visited the opera house to see a ballet!
