On request garage or cellar services (on request available upon availability). - - - - The apartment, which is equipped with every comfort, has 4/5 beds distributed on a double bedroom, two singles (with the possibility of adding a bed if necessary), bathroom with bathtub, living room with sofa (which occurrence becomes bed), fully equipped kitchen with access to a large south-facing terrace equipped with table and chairs. - Comfortable apartment of about 80 square meters a few steps from the sea, located on the first floor inside a recently renovated building with a communal garden. The beach is easily reached on foot in 4 minutes at most.
