The property is on the edge of the village Arbatax, on the east coast of Sardinia, near the marina, just a few minutes away from the best beaches of the Ogliastra region. Due to its location between mountains and sea, this family-run resort is an ideal starting point for discovering one of the most fascinating areas of the Sardinian coast.The main villa has 5 new elegant and comfortable apartments of superior class. 3 apartments are located on the ground floor and have an open veranda where you can spend time outdoors undisturbed. The two apartments on the first floor of the villa have access to the common pool with a large sun terrace.The pool is only for guests of the villa and open from May to October. On the terrace are comfortable sun loungers and chairs to relax outside.The apartments of the villa are equipped as follows:- Air conditioning, heating- TV-Sat, safe- DVD player, hair dryer- Toaster, electric coffee machine- Washing machine, ironing board and iron- Refrigerator with freezer- WI-FI, dishwasherVilla Olive (4 pers.)Living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and kitchenette. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. Outside: furnished patio.The accommodation price includes:- Consumption of water, electricity, gas and heating / air conditioning;- Use of the swimming pool for adults and children, sun loungers and parasols (until available);- Use of the playground;- Internet connection WI-FI;- Outdoor parking; garage (only for motorcycles);- Cleaning of the villa once a week 7 (every 7 days) - kitchen and dishes will not be cleaned;- Linen change: bed linen every 7 days, towels every 3/4 days;- Cot and high chair available (please ask when booking);- Transfer to and from Tortoli airport (please ask when booking).When handing over the key, 60,00 Euro will be retained from your deposit for additional cleaning costs if you leave the kitchenette and dishes not cleaned.
