The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment has a covered porch with garden furniture. It can be cooled and heated with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, satellite TV, telephone and safe.The accommodation price includes:- Consumption of water, electricity, gas and heating / air conditioning;- Use of the swimming pool for adults and children, sun loungers and parasols (until they are all already in use);- Use of the playground;- Internet connection WI-FI;- Outdoor parking;- Garage (only for motorcycles);- Cleaning of the apartment once a week 7 (every 7 days) - kitchen and dishes will not be cleaned;- Linen change: bed linen every 7 days, towels every 3/4 days;- Transfer to and from Tortoli airport (ask when booking please).When handing over the key, 50,00 Euro will be retained from your deposit for additional cleaning costs if you leave the kitchenette and dishes not cleaned.Dogs are not allowed.
