Very pleasant stay. first time to stay in new orleans. we picked the hyatt mainly because it was close to the amtrak station. we went on trip advisor and got a decent price. i really didn't check the others out because this was the closest. the staff and everybody in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. didn't know you had to have reservations to eat at the restaurant downstairs. the borjne (?) disappointed in that. the gentlemen that work in the concieres were very nice and helpful. dean and ryan especially. they need to put some paint or something on the floor in the drive through. my sister fell because she didn't see the stepdown. the hotel was very courteous and gave us a ride to the amtrak station. my sister is 72 years old and it shook her up pretty much. sore and all but believe she will be ok.
