Lovely low-cost hotel that had everything we needed

We were looking for a 3 star hotel that would be handy for sightseeing and visiting the main attractions, as the 4 star hotels are all very expensive. this was one of the few 3 stars that had good reviews and now we know why. while it's a little off the beaten track, the rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast great, the staff helpful and pleasant, plus it's very near wandsworth town station. really good value too. nice pub nearby, the ship, beside the river. would definitely recommend it.

A very pleasant stay

My husband and i enjoyed our stay and would stay again. dining room on sunday morning 16th oct was not big enough to deal with the influx of people who all seemed to rise at the same time. as stated some guests cleaned their own tables and we had to wait for some food to be cooked. the breakfast finished on the dot of 10.30. however, all staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. the tea/coffee making facilities in the room is always great. our daughter lives in st johns hill and the hotel was a pleasant walk to her apartment.

Great for short stay

Good location. sofa bed great extra for children. only problem was noise of deeliveries during the night to the garage shop located directly behind.

Ottimo

Camere spaziose e pulite, personale disponibile e cordiale, colazione a buffet. struttura nuova ed arredata con semplicità ma carina ed accogliente. nulla quindi da dire sull'hotel. non ho dovuto usufruire di servizi business perciò nulla posso dire a riguardo. l'unica pecca, se ne vogliamo trovare una, è la posizione, pur essendo entro la seconda fascia (secondo lo schema della metro londinese) non ha nelle vicinanze una fermata della metro, bisogna quindi affidarsi ai treni (stazione a 2 minuti a piedi) che passano spessissimo (di sera tardi e la notte praticamente non ce ne sono e bisogna utilizzare esclusivamente l'autobus) ed impiegano circa 10/12 minuti per arrivare alla waterloo station oppure agli autobus (n.44) ancora più frequenti dei treni e disponibili anche la notte anche se per arrivare alla victoria station impiegano circa 20/25 minuti.
