There was a mistake in my booking and i was staying at the motel , rather than the studio apartment that i had booked. - was not offered a refund but i was given free parking which i think was not enough as i had to stay a night at themotel which was very dirty and very smelly, and when i went down to check with the receptionist all she said was sorry this happens and said she will give me free parking for the remaining days which was 30.00 dollar.
