You can not go past this hotel if you are staying in krakow. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms are spotless and quite large. the location is excellent as it is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. it is located right in the heart of the jewish quarter and the restaurants are surpurb. one small complaint (and it is small) try to book a room at the back of the hotel as the trams first thing in the morning are quite noisy. but please don't let that put you off staying in this most excellent of hotels.
