My family and i booked a days stay with brisas. once in cuba, we decided to try and book another night. check in and extending the reservation was very easy. we had to check in early as well and had to pay a small charge...nothing crazy. the location is lovely and the rooms we clean and comfy. unfortunately, i did have to change my room due to the key and the ac not working well. furthermore, the ac in my second room didn't work well either and i had to request front desk to send someone out twice. the food is pretty good and always fully stocked. drinks are also well served. my only issue with brisas santa lucia was the staff. on numerous occasionas some staff members we rude and unfriendly. it was almost as if it was a nuisance to help solve the issue at hand. i also found that the men were consistently hitting on the ladies in our group....extremely innapropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. i hope special attention is given to these matters.
