The Stanhope Hotel offers brand new facilities for any type of conference or event in Brussels. The hotel disposes of 9 conference and meeting rooms (a total of 880m²). The largest is the Balmoral Room that is able to hold up 300 persons in theatre style and 250 persons in classroom style. This room can be divided into 3 smaller rooms, which makes it the ideal venue for gala dinners, conferences, weddings, cocktails, etc. The Stanhope also has 6 boardrooms - Wellington, Tea Room, Spencer, Stuart, Lancaster and the Boardroom - which are perfect for smaller meetings for up to 30 people. They are also available for a private lunch or dinner. All rooms have daylight, air-conditioning, and dispose of basic technical equipment. More elaborate technical equipement can be provided upon request. We provide different packages that can easily be tailored to the personal needs of our clients. Organising a private lunch or dinner, a cocktail party, a press conference, a product presentation, a fashion show, your wedding, we would be delighted to organise it in your name.
