Brilliant location

There were six of us in our group, away for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. the location of the hotel could not be better, no question of us having to get a taxi back from our evenings out as there were so many restaurants on our doorstep. easy to get back to from our shopping spree. city tour bus 30 seconds away. tram 1 minute away which we used to get to the train station for a trip to cannes. the staff were very friendly & helpful. the only negative i can mention, which would not stop me from returning, was the noise in the evening as people returned home from their evening out. note: make sure the train/bus timetable is current!

Idéalement placé mais mal insonorisé

Design, chambres confortables, petit déjeuner buffet bien diversifié, bref rien à dire sauf qu'il est très mal insonorisé : simple vitrage, du deuxième étage, on entend tout de la rue st francois de paule !

Excellent location

Das hotel hat eine hervorragende lage, zu fuss ist man in wenigen minuten überall. selbst der busbahnhof ist schnell erreicht, von hier aus kann man die umgebung mit dem bus für nur einen = 1 euro herrlich erkunden. die ausstattung des hotels selbst ist zwar optisch sehr gut, nur beim genaueren hinsehen sieht man,dass eigentlich nur minderwertige materialien verwendet wurden. deshalb würde ich für dieses hotel nie den regulären preis bezahlen sondern immer die guten preise von www.hotelsclick.com. das personal ist zwar stets bemüht jedoch nicht immer wirklich in der lage korrekte auskunft zu geben. so hatten wir z.b. am freitag abend ein taxi an das hotel bestellen lassen, lt auskunft des concierge in 20 min.nach 25 min kam ein taxi, welches allerdings für andere personen - die nur 2 min warten mussten, reserviert war. nach nochmaligem nachfragen erhielten wir die auskunft: kommt gleich. nach weiteren 20 min gaben wir auf und machten uns zu fuss auf den weg. dabei fanden wir heraus, dass gleich ums eck vor dem hotel meridien ein taxistand war. das hätte man uns doch auch leicht sagen können!

An amazing hotel for an amazing price.

The beau rivage was a fabulous boutique style hotel with a great location. the price for such clean comfortable accomodations could not be beat. the buffet breakfast at no charge was delicious. the staff were all very accomodating and all spoke english. i really have no complaints whatsoever.

Not a real 4 stars...

This hotle was a big disapointment. the receptionist was cold, not freindly. the standard room is actually a tiny closet with a 20yrs old bathroom with leaky shoer. not anything close to what the pictures show on their website. make sure you get superior room if you want 4 stars. no free wi-fi, internet is 20 euros for 2 hours ! breakfast buffet for 17eur is indecent since you get cold coffee served with attitude. and don't get me going on their service on the beach. couldn't get a drink on our loungers within 30 minutes...

Great location

Fantastic location and lovely modern hotel. rooms are small but well laid out. reception and staff very helpful and professional (telly wouldn't work when we got in and fixed immediately 1am in morning!). nice little bar for drinks before going out, breakfast was adequate, with reasonable choice and fresh produce, but got very busy which caused some minor service delays. really great price on rooms from hotels click which made the stay great value, as really this hotels location is fantastic! beach bar also worth a visit!

Visiting nice

We like the hotel, clean, quiet, nearby to everything and good breakfast. the twin room was quite small but the double ok. no 2 beds in the twin as stated in the reservation.

Lage super!

Schön und modern eingerichtetes hotel. lage ist super. 100m vom beach und alles andere in 5 min erreichbar....wirkli toll. preis leistung sind ok. sauteuer war eigentlich nur die mini-bar und snacks auf dem zimmer. für 1/2 liter wasser 6euro...für ein bounty 3.5euro.... da das frühstück im preis inbegriffen war, war es ok. aber extra dafür 18euro zu bezahlen, würde ich nicht empfehlen. zimmer mit fenster zur strasse sind ein bisschen laut.

Beau rivage review

The location is good, particular the bar! the food was average and generally the staff were disinterested. the room had internet and a good range of tv channels although we could not find any music/radio channels that you didnt have to pay for. the room was clean although the bathroom had mildew and water leaked over the bath when showering.

Hotel beau rivage a nice

Nous avons ete tres decus.notre chambre ayant une fuite il nous transfert dans un autre hotel.celui ci nous installe dans une chambre qui venait tout juste d etre fini et il y avait beaucoup de poussiere des travaux.nous retournons a l hotel beaurivage il nous attribue une chambre d une categorie en dessous .elle ne valait meme pas une chambre 3 etoile elle etait petite de decoration mediocre.je leur demande de faire un geste car a cause de tout ceci notrre week end en amoureux a ete gache il nous ont offert 2 apperitif et 2 matelas pour la plage privee.donc nous avons ete aussi tres decus de leur reaction.

Excellent again

Although this hotel is not the cheapest in nice, the situation is brilliant. a stones throw away from the flower market and a short walk to the old town. this is the third time we have stayed here and it never fails to delight us. the staff are all very friendly and helpful especially stephan on reception. we will definately stay here again.
