Alojamiento 4 estrellas, vistas espectaculares y un servicio excepcional, vista a la ciudad y un servicio excepcional, muy cercano al distrito histórico, muy cercano a las principales atracciones, muy cercano al distrito de compras, alojamiento de lujo, escapadas de luna de miel, alojamiento... Wonderful!
This is a truly beautiful hotel, with excellent reception and concierge services. the public and bed rooms are all delightful and all the artefacts around the place make it a truly special experience. the concierge was incredibly helpful and well-informed. the hotel is well located in the old port area, looking out on the cruise terminal and right next to the main museum and there are lots of eateries and shops nearby, so can't be faulted on that score. the one downside was the one baggage guy who was having a bit of a breakdown about the amount of customers who arrived at the same time before rooms were ready and was really quite rude to me when i needed to get my raincoat out of my bag, but i am sure that was just a one-off as the quality of service otherwise was top notch!
