I have booked the room around a month ago through this website. however, when i arrive the hotel. they told me no room is available for me and then want to offer me a hotel which is far from the city. i reject the offer and then finally they offer me a hotel which is near to them but the hotel grade is not the same as the hotel i originally booked. i accept the offer with no other choice. i am very disappointed with this hotel because i booked this hotel for their grand style and want to have a memorial time in my trip. however, they really gave me a memorial time but was a bad. i have contacted wit this website but they told me this issue is due to overbooked and always happen in peak season. however, i would rather say in my 11 days trip, i have stayed at 7 hotels but only this hotel has this overbooked issue. i don't think it is a excuse of this hotel for this bad management. and it is also a bad experience to me.
