This is a friendly, comfortable hotel but the appliances don't work. bathroom convector heater: broken. bathroom extractor: broken. and of course the in-room coffee is bad, because it's britain and nescafe rules. but the location is perfect, and i will probably stay there again.

Very close to botanic gardens and a residential shopping district. 10 minute walk to subway. we were upgraded to an apartment room, which was roomy and had a kitchenette. clean bathroom. wi-fi would not connect from our room. i had to go to the dining room with my laptop to use the internet. also, they do not allow one to make a 0-800 call or any calling card calls from your room phone. such calls are even blocked from the payphone in the hotel reception area.
