Waiting for the check-in before someone move from back-office to help the only person at the reception. no information on the hotel services in the room: asking to the reception, i received a copy of the plant that was quite impossible to read. i’ve not understand till now if the hotel has fitness center and/or spa. the breakfast is not adequate at standard level of a 4 stars hotel. there is large choice, but with low quality.
