You're getting what you've paid for
It was ok, considering the price. breakfast was not bad, and a nice surprise was the good quality of hotel's free wi-fi in the rooms. also there's a great park right behind the hotel, which is very convenient if you are into jogging or travel with a dog (like we did). by the way, pets are allowed free of charge.
our advice is — if possible — to ask for the rooms with windows facing the park and not railway and the church. railway was not that a big problem, but the church bells... if you shut the windows, it's quiet, but if you're used to fresh air, then you sunday morning will definitely start a little bit too early.
the only really unexpected and unpleasantly shocking thing were the scratched walls in the elevators, all covered with names, pictures and so on (including a huge... eeeeeh... mail private part, let's put it like this). you would not expect this, after normal nice clean reception and so on.
