The neighbourhood is safe with mostly permanently occupied houses. Although the main road is very close and easily accessible, the lush oaks growing in front of villa gives a sense of exclusivity from the rest of the world. The sea is barely 150 meters from here. Even during the high season, guests will find enough room to have all the beach fun. Numerous beaches dot the beautiful Lungo Mare promenade, some 200m from villa Lovran. The promenade, which connects Opatija and Lovran, was built by the Austro-Hungarian emperor about 150 years ago to make use of the beautiful and serene coast, and the fresh summer breeze and lush vegetation, unique to this part of Kravner.
