The lobby is bright and medium in size with plenty of seating and large windows, where guests can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Japanese garden and greenery around the hotel.

The hotel is split into a Main wing, 9-storey building and the Tenryokaku wing being 8-storey,, both modern in style.
Zimmer
The hotel is large and split into the Temryokaku Main Wing and the Temryokaku Wing. All the rooms are simply decorated in a western style and are comfortable with two single beds differing slightly in width between the two wings.
Restaurant
Several restaurants, a café lounge and bars are all provided and guests can enjoy a variety of Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines.
