The hotel is located in the north edge of the town, 20 minutes walk to the town centre where you can see the famous "Yubatake" (hot spring field). There is free shuttle bus between the hotel and the town center throughout a day. If you travel from Tokyo, take Nagano Shinkansen (bullet train) to JR Karuizawa. There is direct shuttle bus service called "SPA Resort Liner" which takes you to Kusatsu Bus Terminal from JR Karuizawa Station (approximately 65 minutes - depending on season). Alternatively, JR Public Bus runs from Shinjuku Station to Kusatsu town centre and it takes about 3 to 4hours.
