An annex, inside which there is a kitchenette and a spacious bedroom and large bathroom with shower. Where necessary this annex can host disabled guests since it has a large bathroom and a shower which can be accessed in a wheelchair. A second annex with two suites, each of which has a private entrance. The first one contains a double bedroom with bathroom and shower in the bedroom and the second one has a double bedroom and a single bedroom (without air conditioning) that share a bathroom with shower. At the side of the swimming pool there is a bar corner and a porch enclosed by transparent shutters containing a large professional kitchen (45 sq. meters), a dining room with lounge, TV, air conditioning, table and chairs. The kitchen has a cooker hob, electric oven, wood-burning oven, refrigerator, freezer and barbecue. In the same structure there is also: a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and sink. On the side opposite the porch there is a wood-burning barbecue enclosed by stone seats with seating for around 40 people Air conditioning in all the bedrooms except for the single bedroom located in the second annex.
