This farmhouse, surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards, orchards, olive groves and vegetable gardens, is part of the former Tenuta dei Nobili Marchiani. Completely renovated while preserving its country style, consists of a main building, the old manor house and several apartments. The estate produces I.G.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, DOCG Chainti wines and practice organic farming. It includes a reception, a breakfast room, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a solarium, a children's playground, panoramic terraces, the use of a pinewood equipped with barbecue facilities and tables. A bike rental service is also available, not included in the price and subject to availability, as well as a free, unattended car park. ##Apartments Agriturismo L’Oasi has different types of apartments, for a total of 6 apartments, including: -La Tavernetta – One-bedroom Apartment: country style apartments, about 51sqm large, it consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a tavern with solid wood furnishings, a fireplace and barbecue facilities and a stone wood-fired oven. There is also a private terrace with a marble sink and a fountain. It can accommodate up to four people; -La Facciavista – One-bedroom Apartment (Panoramic View): about 54sqm large, it was built by carefully renovating the ancient cellars with exposed stone and consists of a twin or double bedroom, a living room, a double entrance and a panoramic veranda terrace; -La Chiocciola – One-bedroom Apartment: about 50sqm large, it consists of a living room, a hallway and a bedroom on the mezzanine floor connected via a wrought iron spiral staircase. It can accommodate up to four people; -I Pini – One-bedroom Apartment (Panoramic View): about 44sqm large, located on the second floor, it consists of a living room and a twin or double bedrooms with views of the Valdarno; -La Loggia – Two-bedroom Apartment (Panoramic View): about 69sqm large, located on the second floor with views of the Valdarno and the surrounding medieval towns, it consists of a hall, a corridor, a living room, two bedrooms with an extra bed on the mezzanine floor and a loggia. It can accommodate up to eight people; -Il Poggio – Three-bedroom Apartment (Panoramic View): about 185sqm large, with panoramic views of the Valdarno, it consists of a hall, a corridor, a living room with a fireplace of the fifteenth century and furniture of nineteenth century, two double bedrooms, including one with direct access to the pinewood and a double room with a fireplace. It can accommodate up to six people.
