Kas ku Playa means 'House with beach' and this is exactly what makes this villa special; you will have your own private beach! Imagine spending your vacation in this beautiful mansion, you will not be disappointed. The villa has a spacious living room and the inside becomes one with the outside terrace because of the roller blinds. The view of the Caribbean Sea never gets boring. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the lounge set, one of the sun beds or daydreaming in the infinity pool. Ambitious intentions? The pool is big enough to excercise in. Next to the pool is an outside shower. Through a staircase you walk onto your (man made) private beach. There is a palapa (an open space with a roof of dried palm leaves), a hammock and sun beds. From the pier you can enter the sea. On this level you'll find a beach bar so a cold drink is never far away. When you drive up the lane, you immediately see the spacious set up of this villa. Before you enter the villa, you'll find two cottages with a bed- and bathroom each. All bedrooms have airconditioning. In the mansion are two spacious bedrooms with airconditioning an en-suite bathrooms. When you open the curtains in the morning, you'll enjoy the magnificant view and realise you're not still dreaming. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen television. The living room has a tv as well. The kitchen has a cooking island with an American refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. In the scullery there is a washer and dryer. The villa has a split level which makes the living room very spacious thanks to the high ceiling. This beautiful villa is new in our portfolio and an absolute gem! Guest Access: Guests are free to enjoy the whole villa! The Neighborhood: Villa Kas ku Playa is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. On Coral Estate Centre you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal', bakery Bread and More and the dive shop. Getting Around: It is definitely a must to have a car on the island, as all tourist destinations are far away from each other and public transport is most of the time highly busy. Taxies are also highly accessible and affordable. Other Things to Note: Fresh bed linen and crispy towels will be expecting guests upon arrival.
