On the 1st floor there are 3 private rooms, two of them with their own bathroom and bathtub. first room is a 2 pax only couple bed , second room is a 2 pax couple bed + 1 pax single bed, the other a 2pax twin bed + 2pax (in a bunk bed). Down stairs there are 2 other rooms, one is a 6 bunk bed, the other a private 4 bunk bed, a total of 19 beds available. So there is plenty of space and choices for you and your guests. There is also a kitchen to prepare meals and breakfast, a dining area, a living room, a outside "patio", plus two more bathrooms, and a wonderful staircase made of a woodmill. Regarding the location, it is as central as you can get. The address is Rua dos Navegantes 10, Cascais, a very quiet and peaceful arean in the old town. You have free parking nearby around 500m near the Sea Museum or the Paula Rego Museum. You can get to Lisbon by train, it takes about 20 minutes, and its a wonderful ride, just by the sea coast. From the house to the train station is a 8 minute walk. According to national regulation it is not allowed to smoke inside the house/establishment, we do have a wonderful outside patio for that purpose.
