Each of the rooms offers a view of the pool area or the Pohutu Geyser and Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. Le restaurant Pohutu propose une cuisine pacifico-européenne mettant l'accent sur les aliments frais et locaux produits en Nouvelle-Zélande. Comme de nombreux hôtels de Rotorua, celui-ci propose des concerts et des Hangi (fêtes) traditionnels des Maori.
Position
L'hôtel se trouve à environ 2 km du centre-ville et surplombe le parc thermal mondialement connu de Whakarewarewa et les geysers spectaculaires de Pohuto. Il se trouve également en face du terrain de golf international de Rotorua.
