Each of the rooms offers a view of the pool area or the Pohutu Geyser and Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve. Il ristorante Pohotu offre cucina europea e del pacifico e utilizza prodotti locali freschi della Nuova Zelanda. Come molti altri hotel di Rotorua organizza anche un concerto Maori e una festa Hangi per il piacere degli ospiti.

A circa 2 Km dal centro della città, questo hotel da sulla bellissima zona termale di Whakarewarewa e sul gyser Pohuto. E' inoltre di fronte al campo internazionale da golf Rotorua.
