The bathrooms include: • Plenty of soaps, shampoos and conditioners • Have a hairdryer and hair straightener • Plenty of bath and hand towels Please note we do not have on-site parking though there it free parking around the park and a handful of parking lots nearby. Our home maid is available for mid-stay or daily cleanings upon request. Guest Access: Guests have full and exclusive access to this house during their stay. Interaction with Guests: We are available nearly 24/7 to answer any and all questions before, during and after your stay. We have full staff worldwide and in Aspen to attend to your every need. Our property is located right in the heart of San Miguel, in front of the beautiful Parque Benito Juarez, where the city was founded. We are just a few minutes away from some of the most famous gems of the city, La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and Plaza Allende, the pink limestone gothic church and a symbol of the city. Enjoy the best location near restaurants, bars, and sightseeing just a few steps outside our house. It doesn’t get better than this! Getting Around: It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot, this prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town with easy access to everything the city has to offer. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices. Other Things to Note: All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property insurance coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during your stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms and conditions, and the house rules that should be followed while being at the property. You can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of the property. This is a pet-friendly property. Prior to arrival, we will collect a $50 sanitation fee and a $200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when our cleaning staff confirms everything is ok. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our cleaning team may be subject to a fee.
