Fontane Bianche is located approximately 15 km south of Syracuse, an area characterized by sandy beaches and a picturesque rocky coastline. Almost all houses located here are occupied by locals only during the summer season. Fontane Bianche can be rightly referred to as one of the best known and most popular seaside resorts in the province of Syracuse. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The resort offers a bus service every 90 minutes to Syracuse.The sandy beach is just a short walk away from the house. Attractions such as the nature reserves of Cava Grande, Pantalica or Vendicari are easily reachable from here, as well as Syracuse or the baroque town of Noto. At different prices it is possible to rent only the ground floor for 4 people or also the first floor for a larger group up to 9 people.From the entrance door you enter the spacious living room with dining and sitting area and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath/WC.A comfortable external staircase leads to the first floor where there are the other sleeping facilities of the house: two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Please note that one of the two double beds is "French type" which means that it is slightly narrower than usual. Bathroom with shower/WC. The roofs at the first floor are 2,40 m to 1,65 m high. Air conditioning available.Outside accommodation:The outdoor facilities of the property are very comfortable. A porch of about 30 sqm provides a perfect place for outside living, as well as the nearby gazebo made of wood with large dining table and pizza oven ideal for dining outside. The large pool for private use (11x5,5m, 14.05.-17.09 open) is located in the garden equipped with Mediterranean vegetation, lawn, garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower to complete the external facilities.In front of the entrance to the apartment on the first floor there is a nice and cosy veranda with seating facilities which offers a comfortable place to stay outside.Outside there is also a detached small house of wood with a washing machine.Parking inside the fully fenced property. Car recommended.If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 are required for this extra cleaning.
