Outdoor Areas and Swimming Pool The house is immersed in nature and is encircled by a large enclosed garden, all lawn, where you will find the rectangular swimming pool, 11 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.45 metres, surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. Beside the pool, you will find a shaded area with table and barbecue for outdoor meals. The house boasts a large panoramic portico, furnished with a table and chairs, accessible from the living room. Next to the barn, with outdoor access, is a washing room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
